Who is responsible for your information

Click And Rent Ltd. operates Nomad Base Varna and is the controller of personal information you send to us about an apartment or related service. Contact us about privacy or your information at info@clickandrent.bg.

This notice covers this website and initial enquiry correspondence. If you proceed with a tenancy, any additional information needed for the agreement, invoicing or legal requirements will be explained as part of that process.

Information you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, arrival and departure dates and number of guests. You may also provide a preferred apartment, monthly budget and a message about your stay.

When you send an email, we receive its contents, your sender details and any attachments you choose to include. We use that information to understand and respond to your enquiry. Please do not include identity documents, payment-card details or sensitive personal information in an initial message.

You may browse without completing the form. We need a way to reply and enough information about your dates and needs to answer an availability request; without those details, we may be unable to provide a useful offer.

What happens when you use the form

“Prepare enquiry” creates an email message in the current page. It does not submit the form to a website database or send an email to us. “Open email app” passes the prepared message to the email application you choose. We receive it only if you send it.

“Copy enquiry” places the message on your device clipboard at your request. Your browser or email application may retain form values, clipboard history or drafts according to its settings. Our form does not save enquiry details in local storage or session storage.

Why we use information

• To respond and prepare an offer: reviewing dates, apartment preferences and practical needs to take steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To answer general questions and manage correspondence: our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact our business and keeping a relevant record of the discussion (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To meet legal obligations: retaining or disclosing information where applicable law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).
• To address disputes or misuse: our legitimate interest in establishing or defending claims and protecting our services (Article 6(1)(f)), balanced against your rights.

The website does not enrol you in a newsletter, take automated booking decisions or profile you for advertising. Sending an enquiry is not consent to receive unrelated marketing.

Email, hosting and other recipients

Email service providers process messages to deliver and store correspondence. People authorized to handle enquiries for Click And Rent Ltd. may access information needed to respond. Relevant information may also be disclosed to professional advisers or authorities when necessary for a legal obligation or claim.

Your email provider and any external site you visit apply their own privacy terms. Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where an international transfer is made on our behalf, applicable data-protection requirements apply; contact us for information about the providers and transfer safeguards relevant to your correspondence.

How long information is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept for the time needed to answer your request and manage relevant follow-up. The appropriate retention period depends on whether the enquiry remains active, leads to a tenancy, involves a complaint or is needed to meet a legal obligation or establish or defend a claim.

Once information is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted or anonymised. Contract and accounting records, if created later, may need to be retained for applicable statutory periods. Email, hosting and backup services also have their own retention arrangements. You can ask us about the records held for your enquiry.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the conditions in applicable law, you can request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, erasure, restriction of processing and a portable copy of data where the right to portability applies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email info@clickandrent.bg to exercise your rights. Describe your request and the enquiry it concerns. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity. Requests are normally answered within one month; if a permitted extension is needed, we will explain why within that first month.

You can complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection or another competent supervisory authority. You do not have to contact us first.
