Who operates this website

Nomad Base Varna is operated by Click And Rent Ltd. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Click And Rent Ltd. You can contact us at info@clickandrent.bg.

These terms explain the use of this website and its enquiry tools. Your apartment stay and any additional services are governed by the offer and rental documents agreed with you.

Enquiries and reservations

This website helps you explore apartments, coworking facilities and life in Varna. It does not provide instant booking or take online payments.

The enquiry form prepares a message for your own email application. Preparing or copying a message does not send it. You must review and send the email yourself, or write directly to us.

An enquiry does not reserve an apartment, guarantee availability or create a rental agreement. A stay proceeds only once the apartment, dates, price and applicable terms have been agreed.

Availability, prices and services

Availability is confirmed for your requested dates. “On request” means that you need to contact us; it is not a live availability guarantee.

Before committing, review the monthly rent, deposit, utilities, payment schedule, occupancy and any additional charges in your offer. Confirm coworking access, meeting-room arrangements and any other service you need as part of that discussion.

Descriptions of internet and workspaces are general information. If your work requires a particular connection speed or setup, request confirmation for your selected apartment.

Apartment descriptions and photographs

The shared interior gallery is illustrative. It does not identify the exact furnishings or layout of each listed apartment. Request current apartment-specific photographs, an inventory or a viewing before agreeing to a stay.

City photographs illustrate Varna and do not show a view from an apartment unless expressly stated. We may update descriptions as the apartments and services change.

Rental terms and changes to a stay

The final rental documents set out the agreed stay, payment obligations, deposit conditions, house rules and arrangements for arrival and departure.

Cancellation, refunds, extensions and early departure depend on your agreed rental terms and applicable law. Contact us before changing your plans. These website terms do not impose a separate cancellation fee or replace the rental agreement.

Using the website responsibly

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate another person, introduce malicious software or interfere with access or security.

Text, branding and photographs belong to their respective rights holders. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reuse protected material commercially. Images carrying an open licence may be reused under the terms of that licence.

External services and website availability

Links to city guides, image sources and other websites lead to services operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy notices apply when you visit them. Your email application is also a separate service.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. If something is unclear or appears incorrect, contact us before relying on it to make travel or rental arrangements. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy, questions and updates

Our Privacy Policy explains how enquiry information is handled. Our Cookie Policy explains website storage and platform functions.

We may update these website terms; the date above identifies the current text. Updates to this page do not by themselves change an existing rental agreement. Send questions or complaints to info@clickandrent.bg with enough detail for us to respond.
