Who we are
Your home base
in Varna.
Nomad Base Varna is operated by Click And Rent Ltd. We offer apartment stays of 1 to 12 months for people who want to make Varna part of their everyday life, whether they are working remotely, settling into the city or spending a season by the sea.
Our idea is simple: a home should let you get on with living. A kitchen for real meals, fast internet for your working day and the everyday essentials ready when you arrive. Kick off your shoes and make yourself comfortable.
Ready for everyday life
Fully equipped apartments with fast internet, washing machines, dishwashers, cookware and crockery. A place to cook, work and unwind at your own pace.
Space to work and connect
Our coworking place gives residents a shared workspace, a meeting room and a kitchen. A change of scene for focused work, conversations and a proper break.
A direct conversation
Your dates, priorities and questions are the starting point. We discuss the apartment and practical details with you so you can decide whether the stay fits your plans.
How it works
From first enquiry
to feeling at home.
Five steps to a stay that fits your plans. Start with a conversation, review the details and arrange your move with a clear picture of what comes next.
Explore the apartments and picture your everyday life here. Choose a preferred home, or tell us what you need and ask about the available options.
Share your dates, guest count, budget and working needs. The enquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send from your own email app. You can also write directly to info@clickandrent.bg.
Request current photos, discuss a viewing and ask about the workspace and amenities. Include any requirements for coworking, pets, parking or other practical arrangements before you decide.
Check availability, the full price, deposit, utilities and payment schedule in your offer. Review the rental agreement and house rules, and confirm the arrangements before making a commitment.
Agree your arrival time, apartment handover and any remaining practical details. Then unpack, settle into your home and start finding your own rhythm in Varna.
